What it does
One journey, a daily read, and help when an urge peaks.
- Choose your journey
- Six paths — smoking, snus and nicotine pouches, vaping, or nicotine in general, with or without nicotine-replacement support you have already chosen with a pharmacist or doctor.
- A feed that follows your day
- A small set of insights matched to the time of day: what morning, coffee, work breaks, meals and evenings tend to do to an urge, and what to do instead.
- Reset, when it counts
- Short, practical exercises for the two or three minutes when an urge is loudest, ordered so the fastest one is on top.
- Learn at your own pace
- A 21-chapter nicotine school that unlocks over the first twelve weeks, plus evergreen reads on urges, the body, the mind, slips and support.
Private by design
Your quit stays on your phone.

The app has no Vidari server and makes no network requests of its own. If you subscribe, Apple handles the purchase through the App Store and the app reads the subscription from Apple's StoreKit on your device.

The ongoing program is a subscription.
Daily Insight, every tool, all of Learn and coaching along the journey come with Vidari Plus. Without it the app keeps what you have built — your journeys, counter, progress and milestones, slip logging and the safety material. Nothing you have logged is deleted.
Pricing and any introductory offer are shown in the App Store before purchase.
A wellbeing companion
Educational and behavioural, not medical care.
Vidari is not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat anything and gives no advice about nicotine-replacement products or doses — talk to a doctor, nurse or pharmacist about those. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
